I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Kultura. Despite a few minor inconveniences mentioned in other reviews, my experience was overall positive. The staff was welcoming and friendly, always ready to assist. My room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious balcony that provided a nice outdoor space. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city center with easy access to public transportation and local restaurants. The breakfast, although simple, was a nice start to the day. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend Kultura to others.

I recently stayed at Kultura in Shkoder for a few nights and had a great experience. The breakfast was delicious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, just minutes away from the main high street and close to the bus station. The staff were friendly and even offered me a welcome drink to cool off from the heat. They also allowed me to leave my luggage after check out, which was greatly appreciated. a fantastic stay with a nice atmosphere, clean facilities, and spacious lockers in the rooms. Despite the minor drawback of a hot room, the massive fan provided some relief. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting the area.

I had an amazing stay at a hostel in Shkodër! The back garden was lovely, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They provided a delicious breakfast and the internet was fast. The location was perfect, right near the main restaurant and bar area. The hostel was clean and organized, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. I loved the terrace with its beautiful view, and they even offered a free welcome beer. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Shkodër. Thank you to the owner and staff for their warm welcome and assistance with local sightseeing and transportation.

The room I stayed in was comfortable and had a beautiful terrace overlooking the hills. Although the breakfast was basic, it was tasty. The location of the hostel was ideal for exploring the city. The outside area was stunning, perfect for relaxing and socializing. Plus, they kept my luggage secure while I went on a few days trip. I highly recommend this hostel for a great stay in Shkoder.
